As an independent, 501(c)(3) nonprofit school since our founding in 1976, Children's Community School has created a community that understands the importance of Montessori principles and the relationships with our families and students in educating each unique child. Financial flexibility enables us to maintain our enriched learning model and our dedicated and caring staff, provide scholarship opportunities, and improve our indoor and outdoor environments. Ways to Support

Designate Children’s Community School to receive funds through the United Way! Your United Way donations will come directly to our school and be used to enhance our academic programs. On your United Way Donation Form, find optional section D. On the line “Other 501(c)(3) nonprofit,” write in Children’s Community School, Tax ID#39-1247212, 1175 Cox Drive, Mount Horeb, WI 53572.

Find inspiration for an in-kind donation on our teachers' wish lists! Outdoor works, books, puzzles, shelves, tables, and more – starting under $10! Your donations would be so appreciated in our classrooms and outdoor spaces! This is also a great resource for student and teacher birthday and holiday gifts.

Support our annual Equal Exchange Fundraiser! Typically mid-September through mid-October, you can order a variety of Equal Exchange products through Children's Community School. Funds raised are used to purchase educational materials that tuition does not cover. Find a current family or board member to order, or contact the school!
